  • *Declare potential supervisors by 11:00pm*

Day 3 (8 July 2026, Wednesday)

  • Student poster session
  • Individual meetings with professors
  • PhD students sharing
  • Release of interview schedule

Days 4 and 5 (9-10 July 2026, Thursday and Friday)

  • Admission interviews

Note: guaranteed interview will be provided to participants choosing intended supervisors from the division nominating them for participation in the workshop as their first choice.
